Please email your application and send in your credit card payment through PayPal. A PayPal account is required to confirm your payment. PayPal is FREE to sign up. If using PayPal, please note that there is an additional service fee added per application.
If you do not to prefer to you use PayPal as a payment method, you may send in a check along with your application by mail to Milestones Preschool. You do not need to add in service fees when sending in payments by mail. Cash is also accepted on site at Milestones Preschool as an option.
